Our client takes pride in their 15 years of expertise in delivering exceptional online accountancy support to contractors and small companies. As a Client Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our client’s high standard of service to their valued clients. Supported by a team of professionals, including a Team Leader, Assistant Accountants, and other support team members, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their accounting needs are met.

Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication via phone calls and emails, ensuring their satisfaction with our client’s services.
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Display meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of accountancy principles.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients, confidently addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Exhibit self-motivation and a strong work ethic to achieve your goals.
Manage a portfolio of up to 180-200 clients, ensuring their accounting needs are met with utmost professionalism.
Provide timely and professional communication with clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
Offer comprehensive training and support to clients in navigating and utilising our client’s intuitive bookkeeping portal.
Deliver tax planning advice and ad hoc assistance as required.
Conduct thorough reviews of accounts and seek client approval before finalising and transmitting reports.
Prepare self-assessment tax returns and present them to clients for approval.
Requirements
